Scott Plomgren is co-founder and principal of BroadPoint Partners where he brings over 22 years of experience in Atlanta’s largest bulk distribution centers and industrial developments. He combines forward-thinking analysis with real-time market data to help owners and investors make informed decisions on existing and planned assets.

A multiple award-winning broker, Scott has received four NAIOP Industrial Deal of the Year awards, two Atlanta Business Chronicle Industrial Deal of the Year awards, and multiple ACBR Top Ten Producer recognitions.

A native Atlantan, Scott is an alumnus of The Westminster Schools and The University of Georgia. He currently resides in Vinings with his wife, two children, and golden retriever.
