Matt Wirth, Co-Founder / Principal

Matt Wirth is co-founder and principal of BroadPoint Partners with 23 years of experience in brokerage, capital markets, acquisitions, and asset management. Representing institutional and private capital investors, he specializes in industrial investment advisory transactions. His ability to structure complex transactions and navigate shifting market conditions make him a trusted partner to investors seeking to create and realize value.

Before BroadPoint, Matt was a Senior Managing Director at JLL and a key member of the National Industrial Capital Markets Team, where he directly transacted on over $6.75 billion and nearly 80 million square feet in industrial disposition and equity placement deals. He previously held leadership roles at HFF, Colliers International, and Carter after beginning his career at the Walker Companies.

Matt earned his degree from University of Georgia and is an active member of NAIOP Georgia. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Matt moved to Atlanta as a child and lives in Buckhead with his wife and two children. He enjoys golf, coaching youth sports, and participating in various local service organizations.
