Bill Ward, III, Senior Vice President

Bill Ward III is Senior Vice President at BroadPoint Partners, bringing 16 years of experience in industrial and office brokerage. He specializes in landlord and tenant/buyer representation, investment sales, and leasing.

Before joining BroadPoint, Bill was a partner at Joel & Granot Real Estate, where he built strong client relationships and executed complex transactions. He works with a diverse range of clients, from local investors to national corporations, providing tailored real estate solutions.

Originally from Atlanta, Bill graduated from the University of Georgia and now resides in Buckhead with his wife and two children. He enjoys coaching youth sports, including over 12 years with the Northside Youth Organization’s football program.
