Price Weaver, Co-Founder / Principal

Price Weaver is co-founder and principal of BroadPoint Partners, bringing over 25 years of experience and more than 25 million square feet of transaction expertise in industrial real estate. Before launching BroadPoint in 2025, he spent the majority of his career at Colliers International, where he was a longtime partner.

From Fortune 500 companies to local developers, Price has advised a diverse range of clients through tenant representation, landlord representation, and land procurement, always with a sharp focus on optimizing client goals.

A native Atlantan, Price graduated from The University of Georgia. He now lives in Buckhead with his wife and two sons, and enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and his involvement with youth sports.
