William Brooks, Associate Vice President

William Brooks is an Associate Vice President at BroadPoint Partners bringing extensive experience in investment sales. He advises clients through acquisitions, dispositions, and sale-leaseback assignments, combining detailed underwriting with strategic positioning to maximize value and market exposure.

Since beginning his career in 2019, William has closed over $125 million in transaction volume and has been recognized as one of the New York Real Estate Journal’s “Ones to Watch” (2022). He has also received Rookie of the Year (2022) and Broker of the Year (2024) honors in his previous role at B+E Net Lease.

A native of Buckhead, Atlanta, William earned his degree from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, majoring in Real Estate with a certificate in Entrepreneurship. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, golf, basketball, pickleball, and traveling.
